Really how can I miss up the front seal when it came to me like that. I was like wtf. Then I said let me look at the inside. So you telling me motor spray got into the piston and inside was black with the same stuff on the outside of the motor. If that is the case then there is something wrong. Man I was fair with yon on the cells sending you real reading of the pack and all. Plus you said 4 plugs in a Pack and I only got 3. So really.

All I ask is to send my stuff back and I send yours back. Your motor came to me just like I photo it. There is no way I can rip the inside of the front bearing seal like that.

mike daniels <...> wrote:

i am pondering on it, cant figure out why you ripped the front seal off bearing. engine just needs to be cleaned up and would be perfect! it ran excellent the last time i ran it (sept 9th) if it was no good i sure would have not sent it

IIRC some front bearings only come with a seal on one side?..

Anyone who buys a used motor should take the head and back plate off, even if pics are provided by the seller. Just to verify the condition and pics.

Motorman007 are you asking him how he pulled it off (the seal) or was he asking you how you did it??

Question is then, we'll need an experienced Rossi owner to verify, do they come with seals only on one side of the bearing. Considering it's "just broke in" I'm guessing it's the original bearing.

If they come that way then his comment questioning the seal means he never opened the motor himself (alwayswin) to verify what he was selling/trading...bad idea

Lipo puffs after the 3rd cycle...umm that's on you alwayswin

IMO

EDIT...asking to see pics of the front bearing, on the inside, might be asking a little much. Not sure it's a good idea to have some people taking a motor that far apart. I would want pics of the back plate and head off though.

not directed at anyone, just saying.

This deal's gonna be tough for you guys to work out now that the lipo is puffed

My advice is to respectfully defend yourself, detailed pics would be a start.

Your newly edited post and past situation are plenty for me to give you a vacation BUT I'm going to give you a chance to defend your statement.

If that's not the condition the motor was in then you need to prove it. If you can't you're likely to be looking at another negative feedback that won't be removed.
