Dave mate. You went really well at the festival. That last final in 2wd stock you scored a Second place. Your cars looked a treat too. Especially the white shell with the black fujiya or something on it
Thanks Mikey. It was a fantastic and well organised event.

That Ultima was my attempt to replicate Joel Johnson/ Kat Kondo's 87 WC car.

Those Ultima's were running Tomahawk bodies.

The Tomahawk is, in my opinion, the best looking K car to date. I wish that they would come back.

I had one, once, but the first owner had docked the rear off the body to fit a custom shock tower with Vanning shocks, losing those exhausts and the whole flow of the buggy

I agree Steven, although I think the original Ultima is up there next to the Tomahawk!

That's a nice Tomahawk Ed. Yes Joel and Kat used the Tomahawk bodies on their WC Ultimas, its just the front end doesn't look right on the Ultima in my opinion, so I went with the Ultima Pro repro body.
Are you bringing your vintage 2WD to Casso this Sun?, anyone?.

Default Kyosho Shadow in the next Hotshot class?

Ed, Mikey, would you consider Kyosho Shadow 4WD to be included in the Hotshot class?. It's quite similar to a Bigwig
Keen to give her a go at the next festival.

Guys I'm selling a couple of the NIB cars I have so I thought I'd post them here. I've posted the dyna storm http://www.rctech.net/forum/australi...e-release.html and I'm also selling an NIB tamiya sonic fighter and a nova fox

Cheers

Mikey

Default Yokomo TH-1 adaptors

Hi Lads,

How are you all?

Well from Sydney racing with all you brilliant folk to Thailand in Feb where I'm competing in a modern R/C event this time, the Thailand International Touring Car Championship!

Just wondering, I've been searching for ages for a set of Yokomo TH-1 wheel adaptors (the bag with 2 front and 2 rear), if anyone has some can you please email me at [email protected]?

Cheers!

Dan

Hey Dan,
Been a bit quiet here planning for some new vintage events next year. I would love to race in the TITC at Thailand one day.
The hubs that you are chasing are for a Yokomo or RC10?
Cheers,
Ed
