Not that I know of but if there is a demand for it im sure it could happen as a product line.

We do make a Sedan tire bag with 9 tubes, and thinking of designing a car carrying bag. As for 1/8 scale on-road tires might fit in one of the bags made for the 1/10 buggy, 1/8 buggy or truggy tire bag and tubes.
