[QUOTE=waOscar;5554816]i can not speak for the race organisers. you may need to phone or email them as they do not appear to frequent this forum.

however, under AARCMCC rules it should not be a problem, as the proposal which approved the use of LiPos stated the cut off device can either be built into the speedie or seperate device.

I'm not sure if AARCMCC has updated the rules, but attached is the original proposal which approved the use of LiPo's[/QUOTE

rules will be as arrcmcc states you can youes lipo's if charged in the proper bags

Default 1/12 scale

Gday Ant How are ya mate

On the subject, I spoke to Mike this afternoon and I mentioned to him the problem with the 1/12 scale running the full track. Mike had said there is no problem with running the short track, the same as the minis.
Whats your thoughts 1/12 scale drivers.

Hi,
As an ex 12th scale driver I think running the small track for 12th scale is a good idea but as a non member my opinion counts for nothing................

The class numbers that I have heard of so far, as treasurer, are listed below. These might not be 100% correct as some late entries may have gone direct to our chief event organiser / club president.

Stock = 9
Super Stock = 10
1/12 = 4
Modified = 6
Mini = 8

Quite good field numbers imo, and I am looking forward to next weekend. In preparation for next weekend we had a busy bee today. We fixed fences, fixed bits of track pipe here and there, added a few more colorbond sheets to the driver's stand, trimmed a tree, and raked up about a hundred rubbish bags full of leaves. We also bought two new super blowers which will make it easier and quicker to prepare the track on race days.
