Congratulations to all the winners over the weekend.
Safely back in Perth now after a leisurly drive home yesterday, didn't see any mangoes (Sunday night was the funniest night in a long time).
Huge credit to the Bunbury club for running a super smoothe event. Big thanks to everyone involved and I'm looking forward to getting back down latter in the year for Bunbury Cup and A1 Sign events.

I think Dave summed it up really well in his speech. I have never seen an event run so well and so catered towards helping the drivers where possible.
I was impressed even down to having shade umbrellas for the marshalls.
The dinner was fantastic!
Even though I drove the worst i have ever done, this was by far one of the best titles.
Bunbury - congratulations, you have now raised the bar for future state titles of onroad racing, looking forward already to the next one!

Thanks guys.
I have spoken to a few Bunbury guys and they really enjoyed the weekand as well. Running the minis were great fun. I even learned to blink duing a lap
.
I no there is the gas-electric thing but that is all shit because we are all racers at the end of the day and enjoy what we do. The Bunbury club is in a great position to run both styles.
As Toby has said there are a couple more big events that involve gas and electric duing the year, so keep your eyes open for them. I would like you all to come down.
The bunbury cup is a 2 day event that caters for everything from 1/8 gas to M03 Tamiya mini.
The A1 sign classic is a single day event but also will be great fun.
The club really appreciates all the drivers that showed to the states
Maybe we can come up to Perth at some stage and run the minis for some fun, looking forward to it.

PS I didnt win lotto tonight so you still have to pay for accomadation when you come down

I would also like to express my thanks to all concerned that ran the event. Awesome time management and bloody good racing! We are looking forward to future races in Bunbury, and this time we'll drag more down with us!
Congrats to all winners in their classes... yes... that includes you Laura... hehehe

Best part about racing is the nights... like Toby said, Sunday night was the funniest night for a long time...
EPIC MANGO!!

+1 to all comments made so far re: mangoes, quality of the event and of course the racing
i can only express thanks to the event organisers and the fellow racers alike.. i had a great time over the weekend, despite a fairly average performance combined with some unlucky incidents..
you can bet i'll be back to more electric/gas events held at Bunbury if thats the quality to be expected

Was a great event, Thanks for everyone that helped with the car etc, ryper guys, Toby, Alfred and everyone else. Bit of bad luck nobbled it in the end.
Learnt some stuff (like how much I need a hudy tuning board), had some fun, got sunburnt.. Was a good weekend.
Guess I'm just echo'ing what's already been said, but cheers to the Bunbury mob!
