Hey Patrick.

Hope you can make it. Was good racing with you and Paul last year in 12th scale.

I was looking forward to the rematch but there's a conflict for me as the offroad Vic's are like two weeks before...might be doable but not holding my breath

That's not good Paul.
I know Off Road comes first for you and Carter. Hope you can make it if we end up running 10.5.

That's Good to know Scott. Tell Chris I plan to give him a run for his money in F1 also.

Would love to come to this race, still working all the details out. Won't know for sure until May, but i will try my best to get there.

Hi guys,

Great to hear you guys are excited for the AOC. I am also very excited as I think this should be our best AOC in Australia yet.

As for the 1/12th 10.5. I would be happy to add that class if we have enough interest. We need to have at least a full heat of this for me to consider adding the class to the event. Last year we had some great racing in this class and I would love to do it but only if we have enough interest.

As always, if you have questions, please email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to help.
Thanks very much,
Scotty

High Grip, relatively smooth

Grip will be extremely high with the amount of cars on the track, last years state titles had mega grip.

Grip is medium-High every club day here, will be High for AOC. Although Traction roll is never a problem here

Hi Scott,

I am definitely up for 1/12th. My preference would be to run 1/12th MOD but if the numbers are with 1/12th 10.5 BLINKY then I am happy to go with that.

1/12th MOD at HH is awesome at a big meet as the grip level comes up a treat...

Hi Scotty/Ant/Scott,

Ive got some questions about the F1 rules:

Is it open rubber tyre?
Is it open tyre sauce?
Are tyre warmers allowed?
Is it 3 x 5? or 6? minute finals or just one x 15 minute final?
If it is just one x 15 minute final, then is there a mandatory tyre change?

Cheers Rich Groncki

Its not confirmed yet, but looking at RIDE R1 as the control tyre, Additive will also be controlled (same as the touring car additive). Will be 3 final format I believe

Hi Ant,

I hope you will consider the Pit Shimizu R1 Soft (PS-0545). I think everyone at HH currently runs this tyre.

Cheers Rich
