No stock of Matrix . Plenty of ATS though, so I'll just stick with them. Never had a problem with ATS, just don't like the fluro yellow

Hey Guys. Was gonna do an order this week from RC Market for some stuff but was gonna pick up some tires for ACT. Unfortunately I don't know what's really good out there at the moment so can I grab a bit of advice. Also I'm racing 21.5.

What RC market has is here: http://rcmarket.com.hk/index.php?cPath=55_57_322

Other then what they have there, is there anything else that's around that'll do the job. and where can I get them from.

Thanks.

Hi Guys,

I'll throw in my thoughts on the tyres discussion:

I ran indoors back on the 5th of June in the Fitzroy Building, this is the venue for the Titles. I used the Matrix tyres comparing the Carpet and the Tarmac compounds in a 37 shore.

Both were pretty comparable but the Carpet tyres felt nicer.

I tend to run run the same shore all the way around, last year I ran 37f's on the front and 37r's on the rear, I've tried a harder shore on the front but found it cost me to much corner speed.

Mark

I don't know anything of that brand. Not sure if others do...... See all the other chat in this thread about the other popular brands.

The shepard, xceed and enneti are all the same as they are made by Enneti. Their 12th scale tyres are great on both carpet and Asphalt. Their tC foams might be as well.

Exceed and enneti are definently not the same having used them both on my 12th scales. Exceeds are far easier to drive on.

The Exceeds I have used have have made by Enneti stamped on the box. The light weight carpets may be made by someone else but the normal exceed are made by Enneti and they have the same compound ratings.
