it doesn't even need to be indoor, just an 1/8 scale friendly size

I don't necessarily think it needs to be geared toward
8th scale to be sucsessfull I live in mesa and make the drive up
North regularly but I hate the cold so racing up there through the winter prolly
Won't happen without an indoor track
Also every time I race up there I have to go through
My setup to adjust for clay to dirt
I'm just saying my attendance would be much more consistent
If there was indoor clay track

I would be in at least once a month. Probably not every week.

Ya I love indoor racing but there is now only one in phx and having the
Option to race a different layout every other week would be worth every
Penny I'd spend in has to be there every other week

The key is to have a good atmosphere and make people want to make the drive. Just having an indoor facility is one thing, but making people feel welcome and knowing if they drive 60-100 miles that it is worth it is what will make the program a success

I would love to go. For me the drive is 120 miles each way. That's would make for a really long day.

We do have a great crowd of people already and we have a good time racing now. We just lack the facility the tracks we have now are fun but nothing like phx tracks that's y some of us are pushing for indoor clay so it would b the same stlye racing for everybody

I make the drive for the atmosphere every time I can I love the tricks in phx but hate getting yelled at by sponsored drivers because I'm not as fast as them

A local indoor clay track might be viable up here if it had a pro- shop and vending machines for snacks. My son is wanting to move here from SanDiego and has a lot of experience at SDRC and Westcoast. I can talk with him about it if you want. He was here for the Thanksgiving Bash and took 1st in 4wd sc.
