Default prescott indoor clay racing

I live in Prescott valley and we are trying to get a indoor clay track up here we have quite a bit of guys and girls racing up here. Our local hobby shop is considering opening one but I think they are worried it won't take off. My thought is it will attract guys from phx to race when its hot and guys from flagstaff when its cold. Anyway I hope there is some good input here and ill b letting our hobby shop know what's going on

There are 2 indoor facilities in the Phoenix area so the likely hood of anyone driving up north is slim. Definitely something you don't want to bank on.

I would make the drive. A weekly basis would be hard.

That's sad to hear. Goes to show how tough it is keeping a track going today.

On a good note W3 is only closing because the land lord wants the space back to expand his business.

i guarantee people would come out to race 1/8 scale, especially if the track is worth the drive

Yes lets keep in mind this is INDOOR. Also keep in mind this will have to be 1 hell of a facility (state of the art) to draw people from Phoenix. It's getting tough to fill the Fear Farm with 1/8 scale and I'm pretty sure the amount of 1/8 nitro in the valley is 10 times that compared to up North.
