So here's a "ROAR" rule breaker . This individual spent probably over a thousand hours designing & developing an independent F1 rear end . Hat's off to him for this ... Ever wanted to run parking lot F1 , this is it.  Will it be allowed or just the usual negative dismissal from the ivory tower ?
