Lipo's can be run in the mod classes only and minimum weight must be made. Any capacity Lipo can be run. NiMh cells are limited to 3800mah and I say that only because of availablity. If higher mah NiMh were easily available to everyone I would allow them. Frankly if you can't easily make run time in off road with 2400mah batteries you are doing something very wrong.

lipos are too light for offroad. You will need a whole bar of lead just to have some traction. Remember boys weight means traction--and as far as capacity I bet you could make run time with 1500's in mod buggy. Its all about driver in off road---thats the best part about it.

Now who will be there next wed to show me the fast way around the track???

Well said Chris. I signed up for 2 classes. Itll be my biggest race that ive ran in a while. Everyone else don't procrastinate like you probably did on your homework. We only have 64 available spots.

It's a toss up for me, Hmmm...I got a few options:

1. Get up at 6:00am which is actually BEFORE my nomal bedtime.
2. Try to get to bed at 10:00am (which for you guys that would be 2:00pm)
3. Try to pull a "wraparound" move like Paul does, get up late Fridayafternoon, stay up until Saturdaynight.
