What he ^ said. I run a 1700 and it's more than enough for Clark and the defunct MARCCA (longer straights) track. If you go to bigger tracks the 1900kv is probably the one you want. That said, no "smoker" has ever out motored my 1700/4s setup.

Yes, in most cases. I go 15 minutes with a 1700kv/4500mah 4s. You'd want to gear, and set the speed control conservatively (low/no timing, low current limiter setting as possible).

It will all depend on the weather. We are doing whatever the track allows us to get done. The heavy rains last week put a stop on track prep for awhile. We will try our best to open as soon as we can.

I was just out there and the track is drying very nicely. I'm planning on running somethign tomorrow. Make it afternoon and the track will be beautiful!!!
