I think before we can have a summer series we need to have summerlike weather, and the way it's looking it's never going to come.

Look on the bright side guys.... We can race when its raining, snowing, windy and cold without an issue!!

Hoping to make a couple of the dates as well! May have to locate a wheeler to play with!

Hmmm, I might be able to make 1 of these events this summer. I've been on hiatus since last November mainly because of the cost of racing for just 1 day for me is in the ball park of $50. More then I can afford every other week. I still have my Losi XXX-SCB/T so we shall see.

Of course I am right...when the wife isn't around.

I am looking forward to this summer series. I know I won't be able to make all of them but when I do Adam is going to have a hard time passing me.

Just as a general question so I know what I'm up against, are the other non-roar approved 17.5's going to be allowed then too?

Nice can of worms....
This is the problem with the whole situation, isn't it.
If you allow oversized wire in the purple motor, what else goes??

You know exactly what I was getting at, haha. Just wondering who is going to start showing up with the Vulcan Outlaws

Slippery slope. I know it'll take more than a motor to do well, but its just a general question

Sorry guys none of the new "outlaw motors " will be allowed...Now this is the part where you say well the the D3.5 is illegal why can this motor run?
At the time when Trackside started selling the motor it was legal, by the time they deemed the motor illegal we already had at least 50 of them sold and out the door...

I dont think its fair to just cut off the motor to our costumers that work vary hard for that 85.00 bucks and tell them they have to buy another motor...

The D3.5 will be addressed before the fall season starts at Trackside but for the summer it will be allowed at Trackside..

A lot of people got burned on this whole deal, we at Trackside are just trying to ease the pain slowly...

I hope to see everybody this summer

Besides, the Kill Shot is a better motor than the D3.5 is.

Vulcan Outlaws.... Fantom Ions.... etc etc. And to be CLEAR, I am NOT comparing the two.

All I know is that I have the slowest motor ever created in my SC....
