Ill be there with VTA and USGT...you guys should Add Tamiya Mini and Traxxas Rally 1/16th

Track Size...

What is the track size and lane width (average?)

Based on the looks of the track size... I would suggest these classes:
- 17.5 Spec Sedan - Rubber Tire
- VTA
- USGT
- World GT
- 1/12th Scale 17.5 Spec

Can we come to test & tune prior to the 8th?

Thanks

I've been running some 1/10th 17.5 Sedan here in Champaign, would be interested if running that class as well. Also just finishing up my 1/12th car too (17.5) so would love to see that as well.

Sounds great. We can't wait to get this going.

The Track is now 52'x57'
Lanes are 6+ at the narrowest point and over 10' in the high speed sweeper sections. This is at least how it is for the Off Road. The track can be adjusted to make the On Road Racing as fun as possible.

We have had calls regarding Test and Tune prior to December 8th. We would need some advance notice to remove the jumps. I currently don't have an On Road practice time scheduled. This is one of items we need to discuss.

I would be in for some onroad here occasionally. I'd bring down my TC if there were some times to run. Unfortunately 12/8 is my kids birthday party so I'm hoping for a few other days.

No Problem. Happy Birthday to your kid. We hope have have weekly racing along with a points series. All input to help make this a fun place to do some On Road racing is welcome.

Thanks everyone

Just a reminder. This Saturday December 8th is the ON Road Test Day. We will be discussing classes, Rules, along with Race and Practice schedule. We hope to have a good turn out.

Cost is just $5 per driver this day.

Thanks

Jumps are coming off as soon as Off Road Racing is over Friday Night.

Thanks

I can't get there on the 8th either, but I will be in for some of that! Are you running any blinky esc, or Novak/vta rules?

I believe that most of the rules will be hammered out tomorrow

We had tons of fun racing without the jumps. We would like everyone to chime in on which day would work the best. Saturdays or Sundays? The response was good and we can't wait to get regular racing going.

Thanks to all who help

I think Saturdays, but I would work around it. What about a 17.5 touring class? Really interested in that too!
