Harbor Hobbies presents: "Out-With-The-Old...In-With-The-New" Trophy Race, Oct 15-16
On behalf of Eric and The Track @ Harbor Hobbies we are announcing a
Fund Raising Campaign to raise money to buy new CRC Racing Carpet for The Track.
The first fund raiser will be a "Trophy Race" on October 15th and 16th.
We will also be having several 50/50 Raffles.
We will have Kit raffles, ..... and basically anything else we can think of.
(Bake Sale anyone?.?.?...lol
)
All Ideas and All Help will be Greatly Appreciated.
We need to raise approximately $5,000.00 to cover the cost of removing the
old carpet, cleaning and resurfacing the floor, purchasing the new carpet,
and installation of the new carpet.
We are also going to have a Commemorative Plaque made which will be displayed
in the track area. It will have the names of anyone who makes a cash donation
to the fund to replace the carpet.
If you donate.........you will be listed as a.
0 - $25.00...........Hot Rod level contributor.
$26 - $50.00........Super Sport level contributor.
$51 - $75.00........Grand Sport level contributor.
$76 - $100.00........Grand Am level contributor.
$101.00 or more......Grand Prix level contributor.
Businesses can make a financial contribution and be listed as a Top Qualifier contributor.
Com'on Guys.... 50 guys donate $50 or More and we will be "more" than Half Way There.!.!.!
Or... Donate $100 and show off to your friends... Your name will be at the top of the Plaque.
LET'S GET THIS DONE....
I am also working on a Website that will show everyone who has contributed,
what our fund raising status is, and how close we are to our goal.

Don't forget we will be having a Kit Raffle, and a 50/50 on Sat & Sun.!.!
Also a separate raffle for the Fishing Charter on the Breezy I Charter Boat.!.!
Lets raise as much money as we can for the new carpet.
Eric talked to CRC on the pricing of the new carpet, and as usual....
...the price has gone up since last year. $3,600.00 for the carpet and shipping.
And that doesn't include all the other costs.
And of course, we will be taking donations. Make a donation.... get your name on the plaque!
