Default winter storm

sounds great.
Will it be the same as usual, no cut off for how many mains there are depending on how many entries or is there a qualifying cut off point? ie c or d mains?

There is no limit to the number of mains run. Every racer will run a main (A,B,C,D...)dependent on their one best qualifying run. DH usually runs up to 8 cars per main.

We won't be using bump-ups. Normal race program, with the top eight qualifying for the A main (dependant on number of class entries), and so on...

Remember, the winner of each main will receive a $5 hobby shop gift card.

If bump ups were used, someone might be tempted to sandbag in qualifying a little, in an attempt to win more than one main I would seriously doubt it from happening, but by not having bump-ups, no one will have to worry about it.

The current SCT set of rules have been in place at DH since the beginning of the class last year. Some guys showed up with Stock electronics, others with 17.5 or 13.5 motors, and there simply weren't enough entries to run separate classes.

Don't discount the potential of the Slash...It was on pace to win the first ever ROAR SCT National Title last summer, beating every SC10 there, until.....
Well, that's a whole nother story... LOL
