Very cool idea. I am going to plan on making it. Electric truggies can run with the nitros and do a pit stop in the mains I hope?

I hope this doesn't fall on the Futaba race. This looks like it will be a blast

Exactly! If there is a large showing of E Truggy's I will make a class for them for this race, but we will run them with the nitro's otherwise.

Sorry for the stupid question... (I'm pretty new racing that isn't at the 'club' level.)

Is it okay to run a Tenshock SC411 motor in this event in a 4x4SCT?

It's not a ROAR approved motor, and it's 66.5mm long.

I just don't want to be the guy who gets there and can't race.......

Thanks,

Ben

Ben, To be honest I haven't seen that motor. The only rules we have for the class are as follows:
"4WD Short Course- 1)Fully enclosed SCT type body with full fenders.
2)Use SCT tires and rims. Any brand or type. No 1/8 buggy conversions.
3)Aftermarket chassis are allowed.
4) 6 cell nimh or two cell lipo batteries"

So it looks like you will be good to race! Tim

I am sorry to announce that we have had to make some changes in the 2014 schedule. I have uploaded a new schedule and we will be following that the rest of the year. Unfortunately with the changes the Bagderland race will have to be canceled at this time.

Please note that this has absolutely nothing to do with the race last week or the Midwest Nitro Series. We had an awesome time and wish to thank every racer who made the trip. This is being done to ensure that we have a place to race!

Thank you for understanding and hope to see you all at the track for the next race!
