I shall donate a few cans of repellent for general use. We will keep them by the race director trailer. The smell of nitro and deet should be a good combination. Not going to let a few lil bugs stop me from this awesome event.

What about those repellent candles? I think that if you were to get maybe 3 or 4 of those and put them on the drivers' stand that would keep the bugs off the drivers. I would be willing to go and buy an extra one as i would get 1 or 2 for my pit area. Just a thought here.

Although those candles and torches work fairly well and would definately help set the mood, fire and dry grass and nitro are never a good mix. Spray is our best bet I think to avoid our resident pyromanics from getting out of hand. Safety first always.

oooops........I guess I should have thought of what we would be running first. Fuel and fire don't mix very well unless you are wanting a fire.
