My bad... This esc is tiny enough for 1/12th, don't know if it would work in a 1/18th or not. I'll throw it in my pit box and you can check it out Sunday. It may work...

Wow! That was a blast sunday! Can't wait to get some fresh cells and really figure this car out! Thanks again to everyone for helping with my setup. The traction rolling was really getting on my nerves. I have couple of suggestions yet to try out to get some that last little bit out. On the way home it dawned on me that I never moved my battery back up to the front, it was in the full rearward position. I'll move it to the front tomorrow night and start from there...

jrp, I've been looking online for those stiffer front springs, but haven't had any luck yet. I'll try to dial in to stock ones wednesday night as well so I can get yours back to ya. When are you guys going to finish the layout? I can drop the charger by for the drill anytime, just let me know.

Has anyone tried posting flyers on campus yet?

Also, hobbytalks' forum may have some carpet racers on it from the Terre Haute area. We could call them a bunch of dirty names to create a rivalry for a grudge race, point series, charity races, whatever... I'd really like to see racing go through the winter being that the track is so nice, the people are great and the competition is tight.... Our race director should contact their race director if this is feasible.

Glad you had a good time.

Here is a link to the purple springs:

Also, here is a link to a full set of Springs, good for the front and rear:

We will finish the track tomorrow evening. It won't take to long to lay something new out and bolt it together.

Anybody feel like crashing a party? This is at Joe's Hobby Barn in Terre Haute, IN. Flat oval track about 100' foot around. Go fast, turn left...

Man, wished i could of made it Sunday. Family bday party though. And iam out for the next 2 weeks due to FFA National Convention in Indy next week.

Anybody interested in a 1/18 Touring Car Class? Be the same rules as the Indy Slots guys, thus could have a money race. And be able to run the Indiana Micro Champs in January at there place. Iam in for the class since i have a M18 Pro now.

Heres the link: http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/showthread.php?t=230285
