I can't keep up!! So I'll put the answers to some of the question about camping this weekend here.
1. Camping is free to members and non-members
2. There is power. It will need to be turned on friday afternoon though
3. No showers available.
4. Restrooms. They are in the clubhouse, they are only available when its open (They will be open saturday but I can't promise it on friday evening, we are asking the club to have a portable unit there to use for the weekend)
5. We want to have any camper/motorhomes to park on the gravel in the south side of the lot by the track and if you wish to pit on the grass, you can park facing the grass, If this is confussing or if you have any other questions post here or you can call me (920) 250-0537 Thanks,
Brad

Slash Class
Hey Guys,
What are the rules for the "Slash Class" on Sundays at OCC?
I'd like to use my Lipo's with everything else stock.
Those things look rc-freakin' awseome!
Thanks,
Troy

I'm pretty sure that's what everyone else is doing Troy, someone can correct me if I'm wrong though. I have one coming too

Yea the slashes are pretty cool, right now there are not alot of set rules as far as batteries. We'll address that when there are more showing up. But those of us that were running them were using lipos execept for one. I had a 3200 orion, another was a 5500 checkpoint I beleive. Beware though there is no voltage cut-off with the stock ESC.
We want this class to be a spec class. Stock body, tires, esc, motor, etc. I threw my brushless in to see what it can really do. LRP 7.5, WAY too much power but when the track was wet it pulled the front tires off the ground

Yea, I run the Checkpoint 5400 lipo....I'm pretty sure it would take me forever to run that pack anywhere NEAR the cutoff voltage...but the Slash is a fun truck to drive for sure. I think it needs to be a little quicker...but I'm just happy there is a decent class of something electric that will create some great racing!

I got mine tonight. This is the best looking rc's I've ever gotten.
Can there be a class at the RCPRo event this weekend or is the day too full already to fit another 15 minutes of racing?

No, the pro series classes are set in stone. I'm pretty sure we can't add a class (for points, awards, ect) even if there is time since it is a nationwide series, and it is the [I]nitro[I] pro series. I am also willing to bet there wont be enough time for another class.

Correct there will not be enough time for another class, However if you follow the guidelines for an electric truck to be ran in the 1/10 truck class you will be fine.
Minimum Truck weight - 2WD - 60 ounces = 3lbs. 12oz.
Transmission - 1 speed only - viscous or slipper drivers are allowed
Power - NIMH, NICD, Lipo maximum voltage of 7.4v
Motor - Brushed or Brushless - Mod or stock.
to name a few major rules
