I guess i got sunburnt pretty bad... Next race i might try and run both. I could feel my nitro instints taking over for part of the race. I kept braking coming off te backstretch... I should have made it though there fine. I liked this layout better than the previous though

I had a good time, all except for the last Nitro race but I don't wanna talk about that anymore. (still very pissed)

Anyways, I now love the electrics. I was able to drive my TC3 MUCH better than my Super, but it's a completely different beast.

The next layout looks to be VERY technical. You can find it at the TCCS racing site:

What tires was everyone running?

I couldn't get ANY kind of grip out of my HPI Pro tires, so I was running my foams.

Fireball - i think i may have mis-understood you when you asked if it was okay to run foams. i told jeff, in nitro we had an open tire rule. reason being is because guys have burning up rubber and it is a little more costly. But in the electric classes we are a rubber tire series. electric cars aren't that hard on tires. i'll let your position stand this week, but in the up coming races we need everyone run rubber in electric. sorry for the mis understanding.

from what i understand, most guys were having good luck with sorex 32s and 36s. also the "treadz" tires work really well.

On behalf of the Team Barber Racing team, i would like to thank all the racers that came to the TCCS. not exactly a huge turnout but it is a start. the drivers that did show up seemed to enjoy the day and put on some nice races for the few spectators that stopped by.

couple announcements:

team barber will be raffling off a XXXs. tickets are $5.00ea. and we are only selling 100. so your chances to win the national champions car is very good. so tell your friends. all proceeds will be put towards the points fund.

"The Pit Stop" Concession stand is taking suggestions for the upcoming events. the meatball sand. were a hit but if there is anything else you would like to see let me know.

one more thing.......i would like to thank our sponsors:
Hurricane Motorsports
L and S Enterprises (lawn and snow removal)
Curb Appeal
Don Gipe Flooring
Loves Park Chiropractic Clinic
C N C Tree Service

Marc - How about Pizza? I know you can get Pietro's Pizza Really cheap! They are located in the Roscoe Quickmart, so i don't think they would deliever that far, but would probably go 1/2 way.

Good pizza for the price. The Ledges pool used to buy them about 5 boxes at a time, chaged a $1 a slice... not to shabbay

Not good. food+losi=me ridding with someone else. Because you know his face will look like one of these when he tries to push that last one out.
