Ok. was thinkin of trying this brushless stuff, but I have absolutly no idea what I'm lookin for. If some one could give a heads up on where to look, or what they run that would be cool.

I will mostly run truck oval, maybe throw in it a sedan. I only run stock classes so what battery changes would this mean?

thanks.

There are 2 that people have been running for stock. The novak 13.5 and 17.5. With the 13.5 you need to run with 5 cell and the 17.5 you can run with 6 cell. No lipo except in mod sprint. Most people you the novak xbr esc or the gtb.

Last Night was my last night for the summer until football season(s) are over. It was fun to run the races on the carpet again. Trans-am cars with the 5 min heats and 8 min mains made those guys really have to pay attention while driving.

Legend cars on the oval was a hoot to watch. When I get back I'm going to get one of those. They are running 4-cell packs up to 4600 with spec tires and a 81 (48p) or 108 (64p) spurs made for some excellent close racing. Those Traxxas stinger motors are really fast in those cars.

Sounds like a pretty good group of 10th Sprints coming out Tuesday... including Mr Lutz who was here all day Saturday shaking down his sprinter.

Should be a good warm-up for Saturday's race!

What nights are you running the outside dirt oval? Didn't you guys run 8th scale on the outside dirt oval last year?

We are planning the 3-race 'King of the Ring' series again. There will be a KOTR sereies race held in June, July and August. I will post the dates as soon as we have the finalized.

Yes, we did have 8th scale's outside last year. Looking to get more of them involved this summer!

Thanks! Brian
