honda1

I’d expect you’ll get a few from the Orland group this year. I’m going to try to get there once. I didn’t see F1 listed, no interest?

There is always interest in f1 I will always have mine at the track
i know of 4 or 5 we run any class as long have enough cars, 5 is what we are looking for a class. If not enough cars
for a class we will put you in a class of cars that’s close to running same times. We like to see everyone race.

I will bring my GTP pan car if there is interest in F1 class and people don't mind me running it. It will have either a 25.5 or a silver can with rubber tires.

I would like to see HTSC can group couple classes into 1 class....for example. F1 Can-Am Pancar....all in 1 class like LeMan....then some USGT/FT TC...in 1 class. I don't think too many people are concern about points and we just want to race and have fun....as we have no place to race RC anymore.

There are some good ideas being discussed here. Someone should talk with Jeremy and the guys running the races at Hobbyown.

If the computer racing software could do races within races multi class heats could work as long as the classes have a similar speed (like F1 an LM cars).

Im sure that classes like VTA and USGTwill have enough cars to have their own heats an Main . If you have only 3 F1s an 2 LM cars that could be combined. Ive seen other classes of cars that could work well toghether Euro ,mini, TT01 TT02 classes (only if needed to be combined)

Some things that will not work a new person with a silver can TT01 with Open Touring speed difference are just too much.

If the masses of racers this year are much more then last , I know that St Charles does 2 5min qualifiers an 5 min main you could reduce it to 2- 4min qualifiers and a 6 min main and NO time between Quals an Mains (except time to resort ect.)It woul be nice to see a difference bettween Qualifiers an Mains

If there are enough new onroad car racers it would be nice to have a onroad Novice/Sportsman class . There is nothing worse that hitting a newbies car because you have NO way to avoid it (Im sure they Dont like it either , an they could be move up when they are comfortable)

I agree. It would probably be best to find an existing class where your car fits. There are so many classes that it will be difficult to expand to additional classes. I do think the Hobbytown crew should anticipate more drivers. This program has been successful because all ages and skill levels are welcome. I think the most popular class was stock 2wd buggy. It was a great example of having people of all skill levels. There may be more highly experienced and skill drivers coming to the series and it will be a great opportunity to be positive mentors for younger or less experienced drivers.
