Default USB Adapter Question

I got a USB adapter for VRC from a friend who never used it, and has no directions for it. How do I make it work? He said I didn't need a battery plugged in, but then how do I power the receiver? What plug do I plug the two plugs into on the receiver?

It is not that complicated. First plug either one of the two plugs into #1-steering and the other into #2-throttle. Next plug the usb from the VRC adapter into a usb port on your computer. The unit powers your receiver via usb. If you need to bind your receiver, follow the radio brands instructions. When you get to the main screen, use the "options" menu then set up your controller. It will give you the option of reversing the two channels or you can just reverse the plugs. You can also find out how fast your radio talks to the receiver by checking the "FPS" option. I use a VRC adapter with my 3pk. Hope this helps.
regards
Philip

You can buy the adapter directly from VRC industries or places like A Main Hobbies sell them as well. The best deal is from VRC Industries. Fine them on the website, there is a special promotion price and a really great deal to play the simulator.

During the registration process, it offers you the opportunity to get the adapter for 10 euros instead of the regular 20 euros.

Also, just to be 100% clear, Paypal will convert the euros to your home currency! (I saw a post once that someone decided not to buy it because the price was in euros and not USD.....)

I know posting links to other forums is typically frowned upon, but I know that on VRCWorld, there are a few threads about this.

I searched for "Alternative" on their forum and found a few.
