Default What vehicle is this ESP bumper for?

I got this cool hitch bumper in a lot, but the tag is missing and I cant figure out what it goes to. Anybody know?
It is 7 inches wide

Looks like it's for a Clodbuster, could be wrong though.

is ESP still in business? they were huge in the clod world in the mid 90's. what happened? where did they go? its been a long time (really early 2000's) sense iv heard there name
