Default Help and Advice

Hi all,
New to the site, so thanks for having me! :-)

I'm after some advice if possible please.

I managed to drag my old 1989 Tamiya Thunder Dragon out of its dusty cupboard, only to find it won't function correctly. (Stutters, nowhere near the speed it used to have etc) and was wondering a) where is the best place to look at getting something like this repaired and b) are the parts still available!?
