Default rc10 gt

im awaiting delivery of a black tub rc10gt, looks to be an early version, wit the gold shocks. Anyone still running one, had one of these back in 2003, but the blue chassis version, and was a great truck. intending to fully use this and not shelf queen, anyone else still running one, or know of a thread for these trucks?

Do a search on here, there is info but it's hard to find. I just converted mine to electric and it's so much fun to drive.

What's the engine and gearing? Any idea the speed? Looks awesome!

I still have mine in my basement -- the blue chassis version. Haven't run it in 10 years, so I'm curious to know if the engine still works. Had a Picco .12 race motor in it and it was fast! Thinking about getting rid of it, but after watching that video, I'm not so sure!

I have a black tub coming from a recent purchase off Ebay. It is mostly complete and a little rough. This little bugger has a great racing heritage. I look forward to building it into a practice lap runner and keeping it nitro.

There is a thread in the nitro off-road forum, above. I posted there, but it is a RC10GT2 thread. What I am getting more properly fits here after finding this thread.
