RC Car Action themselves scanned in these earlier issues so their paid subscribers could download them, except they were stored as plain pdf files without any security preventing someone finding them by randomly searching their server.

These were found in 2009 by an RC10talk member who published the unprotected direct links to the publishers server, so loads of us downloaded them directly. Issues from 2006 onwards were still available as back issues from the publishers, so weren't on the server.


Anything after 2005 would rely on someone owning the issues and scanning every page in.
