LOVE “The Box”!!! Remember many moons ago when I was 14-15 (mid/late 80s) racing at the local track/hobby shop on a small figure 8 track with a few small jumps before lap counters were the norm. I had my first hobby grade rc which was a Blackfoot, my friend had a Tamiya Frog, others had a Tamiya Fox, Tamiya Hornet, Tamiya Hotshot, Tamiya Lunchbox, Marui Big Bear, and one “Rich Guy, lol” with a RC10. All raced together. Great memories!

We had an awesome vintage/rally meet up recently!

Any tips on getting the Lunchbox to steer "on power"?

I've got a Midnight Pumpkin headed my way so I'll use any tips ya'll have to get all our lap times down and smiles even wider.

What a fantastic backyard track! The Box is a handfull...only thing I can suggest is adding a bunch of weight up front to stop the wheelies!

Noted! And thank you for the kind words! Just checked your youtube channel.... WOW! Will be following along for tips on track maintanence and inspiration.

For The 'Box, I put a 3mm spacer at the top of the long shock screws up front to lower the ride height. Doesnt really do much but in the back of my head it gives me a brief sec before the front wheels lift. "Box battles have been great on the track and just got the sticker on the Pumpkin so all 3 bouncin around the track should be fun.

Cheers to a great start to the summer!

Another great video in the books for u. Ty. I really like how u talk about the model and the history at the beginning before ea track run.
I've been wanting to do an A team van of one of these plus i want a monster truck.
