I m excited, I just scored an original tmaxx . I mean it’s the 1999 first run that looks to have about 10 minutes on it and even comes with the original box and all the paperwork! This is gonna look great in the living room. My future wife left me have 4 shelves to display. The day I receive it in the mail I ll post pics.

The tmaxx arrives today. I found a clear original body. Do I get it painted box art or leave it clear?

That’s what I decided to do. I already have a painter lined up. Man I can’t believe how it felt opening that up. Instantly took me back 22 years . It was just like the first time I saw it sitting on the shelf at the hobby shop. I cant wait, it’s gonna display awesome. And I love getting packages , I just hate when the wife gets home before I do. As soon as she sees it she know I spent $ . But in her eyes it’s a cheap hobby. She thinks I just bought a Tekno et48 2.0 kit for $500 . 🤣

I cleaned up the tires and the rest of the truck. The rims have the silver basically worn of which is common , I’m not to concerned about that. Lmk if you think the shelves look cluttered. My wife ( my best friend also) tends to think it does but will allow me to display them as I please. She’s very awesome 😎
