Default Tamiya super hornet and grasshopper

I picked up a used rc. SEEMS to be a super hornet. I also have an old grasshopper in pieces. Both need some work parts and TLC. Many of the parts seem interchangeable. Which would you build? Or restore ?the super hornet or grasshopper?

The Super Hornet hasn't been re-issued so there aren't as many around. That's the one I would restore if I were in your shoes.

Best choice would be to get BOTH running again

Any source for grasshopper or super hornet parts in Canada. I hate ordering from fleebay. Amazon doesn't have very much. Only for the grasshopper ll. Will grasshopper ll parts work?

The Grasshopper shouldn't be hard to find parts for as it has been re-issued for years now. I don't know enough about the Super Hornet, so I can't say what might work. I know the Grasshopper II has different front arms than the Grasshopper. They can be used to fit oil dampers up front. Other than that, I don't know enough about the Super Hornet & Grasshopper II.

Hopefully someone with more experience will chime in.
