Please check out the website for pricing and info by going to www.upgrade-rc.com. You do not need a clear body. Both bodies in the pictures were the RTR bodies that came on the trucks. All you have to do is scuff up the body really good with scotch brite and the paint sticks just fine. The Upgrade body skin covers a lot of area so you will not have a problem with the paint scratching off...

This is a decal kit for the outside of the body. It is made out of a thick vinyl that holds up very well and in most cases will outlast the life of the body. When applying these decals you can peal them back up and re-apply if you make a mistake. I would not say it's bullet proof though as it depends on the person installing the graphics. We do have a section on our site that shows you step by step how to apply graphics. Their was also a great article in R/C Car Magazine a couple months back. If you take your time it's actually a pretty easy process. Here is the link to our site for you to take a look at...
