Nitrotek have a job opening in our UK office in Marple, Stockport for a customer service rep. Here's the info:

JOB TITLE: Customer Service

TYPE: Permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm.

LOCATION: Marple, Stockport, Cheshire.

SALARY: £14,500 - £17,500 p/a depending on experience level.

We are looking for people with radio controlled model experience to join our customer service team in Marple, Cheshire. The role involves answering customer emails. The main type of emails we receive is from beginnners who are new to the hobby and need help starting their first nitro car and similar issues so candidates must have good knowledge of radio controlled models.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience with R/C hobby products of all types is preferred.
Strong written and spoken English.
