Default DO NOT DEAL WITH Lst2MAN

I paid $350 for the black brushless erevo he has for sale on here two weeks ago tomorrow. Once i sent the money on paypal he wouldnt reply to texts or phone calls. I have screenshots of all the texts that were sent between us. I had a friend text him and ask if he still had it and to ask for pics, he sent him a picture of the one I "bought" and I also have a screenshot of that. He has other things listed on here too so watch out and DO NOT buy. His number is 860-771-3872 and his paypal is [email protected]. I did not have an account on here when i bought it so i made one to post this. If anyone would like to see screenshots i can post those. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER.

Did you immediately file a paypal claim? Do so right away if you haven't.

Looking at the guys post history, it is almost exclusively in the FS / FT threads.... with the exception of a thread he started about (fellow) scam artist teknoman54 .

I always worry a bit about those that use the site exclusively to wheel & deal. I try to avoid buying from anyone that doesn't contribute beyond that, because if selling is their only reason to post, they come across to me as being a hustler- someone I can't fully trust.

I cant do anything through paypal because he told me to send the payment as a gift so he wouldnt have to pay fees. I have contacted authorities to see what i can legally do.

oh boy... you asked for it, I don't see how are you going to win a legal battle when you gift him the money.. even if the guy has a very good feedback I would never send $$ as a gift.

It's also against the rules to ask/demand gift payments!!! Time to read ALL the rules before your next post/deal!

Andy is right, rule#1 is no payment as gift and no demanding payment as gift. This will probably be a very expensive lesson, sorry to say.
I see you joined on Oct 25, but you said you did the sale 2 weeks ago tomorrow, which would be Oct 14. That doesn't quite add up.
Do you have the for sale thread from RC Tech? Just curious.

Man, NEVER send as gift.

EVER.

Not much you can do, besides local authorities. Internet fraud is serious business. Keep after him.

Get screen shots of the Revo on CL. Try to find out if he races somewhere and call them.

Stay on it. $350 would get someone a ass whipping.

Cold hard facts..You didn't make this deal on here. None of the personal info you posted has ever been posted on here by the seller. You weren't even a member on here when you bought it! TECHNICALLY..the feedback you left, and this entire thread could be deleted.

He has that info in the thread where it was for sale. If you want someone else to lose their money then delete this and that feedback.
