Just wondering what the closest on-road touring carpet track is to Easley, SC? Easley is located in the top left hand corner of South Carolina.

Sorry, there are NO carpet tracks in or near North/South Carolina. The closest (and only) onroad track in the carolinas would be The Grove, in Rock Hill SC. (www.hobbystop.com). And it is a paved oval.

Well that is not true.... there is a Paved Track in Easley, SC. There are paved tracks in Durham NC and Goldsboro NC. and Goldsboro has a carpet track also!

I know of a few guys that come from down your way to race at either or all of these tracks.

Of course Will knows better than that he races at Easley which is one of the best if not the best outdoor onroad track in SC. Plus the other tracks mentioned in NC. Carpet tracks are a little harder to come by but I think NC has a few.

Nearest would probably be Rosewood in Goldsboro,NC then Debbies RC World in Chesapeake, VA or ThunderRoad RC in Gordonsville, VA.

Whoever said the only one around was The Grove needs to get out of town a little more. Geez!
