New Track in NW Houston
There are no tracks in northwest Houston Texas, so I decided to start one. I have 1/2 of an acre at 21806 State Hwy 249. It's 3 miles NW of Randy's Hobbies. There is a covered pit area in place already. The dirt should be delivered by March 8. Any help getting the track ready will be much appreciated & compensated for with free track time. The land is cleared but it does have short grass on it. My plan is to be up and running by the end of the month.

The track is open
The track is open weekends from 10:00 to 6:00.

Closing
Word on the street is that this track is closing as of March 3 2014. 
Maybe @mxrruss can fill us in? I hear that there might be a new track in the same area

Yes the track is closing 3-2-14 You can get info on other tracks in the area at rcfiles.com in the clubs & organizations section of the forum
