Nyack Rockland County NY Possible
I want to put a thread to see the amount of interest we can get to build an offroad track in Rockland County. I work in NYack and my boss has a huge amount of land in a commercial zone. I approched with the idea of building a off road track in the back of the building. He seemed receptive but at the end of the day its all about $. So wanted to see who would be interested.
I explained having a practice day (after 5pm) during the week and having club races on weekend. Maybe work out a schedule with Ft Knox and the Barn. Let me know what you guys think.

Nyack....Sounds Great
Money is needed I am sure will the land owner front most of the capital? and donations will be needed, a treasure should be appointed to allocate funds and make sure they go where needed.. I am sure though you will need some one that has the know how with permits its commercial property, so there will be obstacles I am sure.. Permits, noise ordinance, and leagal stuff, yada yada and such...Again sounds great though!!!...keep us posted

Sounds awesome, wish it was something adequate for 1/5 and 1/8 scale.
