Hello' I live in the lilydale/chirnside area in melboune and I have this nitro rc car on-road but can never get to use it without pissing the neighbours off and its a busy road I should have thought about that before I bought it lol but anyway I found a place just down the road where i could use it its the lilydale rc track but the gates are always locked and I just need to know if its legal to just jump over and practice I went on their website but it doesn't say if its open to public or not can someone help me out thanks.
