not sure if there's anyone interested in building a track(s) but, there is property in cherry hill, nj that looks perfect for atleast 2 tracks. it's the old haddonfield lumber on brace rd. it has a large warehouse type building, that i think would be ideal size for an indoor track. then there's a huge lot behind it. the lot in back is where the outdoor portion of the lumber yard was, and has a large stucture for overhead coverage towards the back of the lot.

there's a very large parking lot in front of the building for parking. this lumber yard has been vacant for about a year or so, and is not near any houses. it's in a spread out retail area. there's also an rc shop about 2 miles away(d&k hobbies).
