Backyard Track in Riverside CA
Hi All,
My son and just finished a track in his side yard. We made it for our 1/8 electric cars as the neighbors don't do gas..hehe
If you live in the area and want to come run with us pm me and we can get together.
Here are the specs and before and after pics, let me know what you think.
It has:
100' x 50' - 5,000 sq ft a little small but fun with 9' lanes
100' straight away - into
31' triple - into
34' Quad - into
A group of mogals - into
8' jump - into
5' table top
Finally around a gnarly tree
Its been a labor of love and FYI the total cost so far is $1,800, no dirt was brought in we used what was there. We have 7 500 watt lights for night time and a Lap Timing System (Robotronics) works good.

I would like to run
Hi,
I grew up in LaSierra and now live in Redlands.
I just got into RC as I would up with a few cars this Christmas.
I would like to meet other people in the area that run as I don't see the hobby being very fun as a loner.
I am completing a Slash 4x4 and an 1/8 elec buggy that I have almost finished converting. Too bad neighbors don't like nitro as I wound up with a Losi T 10 also.
I grew up in the 70's and 80's helping my uncle race the real thing from Vegas to Baja so dirt is in my blood.
If you don't mind helping someone learn let me know.
Thanks
Dwayne

VERY COOL looking track!!! Should be perfect for 1/10 scale electric cars! You've done a lot of nice work-- I hope your neighbors don't freak out!
You should have a lot of fun there!! Good luck with the racing!!
