They reopened under new ownership. Expanded the track a bit which is nice and all new carpet.

Don't know about touring car though.

That's normally the color and it is thin and has a cross weave pattern. What size is the track? Just interested because I am about to sell all my rc stuff, but if it's a good size track and they are willing to hold on-road racing I will keep my T3'12's. There would be others interested also. It's going to be tuff for me to drive to New York to race. So if I can't do it locally I'm all done.
Thanks for your replies

I'm going to rough guesstimate the track is somewhere around 60' x 40' but I could be way off.

I spoke to the new owners and they don't have any Touring Car classes right now but if there's interest, they'll set it up. I'd call them at (860) 926-4191 and talk with them. If you can get a few people together, I'm sure they'd set something up.

I'll have to check it out next week. I hear it is CRC Fastrak carpet. I'm sure there'll be enough guys for a Touring Car class. If so, I'm in. Can't wait to check it out.

Yeah, if you're a little proactive in organizing the people and let the owners know what night/day works for everyone, I know they'll accommodate you.
