Ya, it was cool having you guys, there were 5 guys new to the the track. Sorry we were in the way while working on the timing bridge. I was stressed about it not working. I ended up running only once, and that was taking my NEXX8 out on the oval with the 5B's That was a sight The Sunday after Easter should be fun, with the series starting, the tri-oval finished and the lap counter working. Hopefully we can get the western shore crew over along with the Deleware crew, then we would have something going on !! Especially when the 1/5 scalers get done running the asphalt in Ocean City.

Just wanted to let you guys know that the tracks will be closed Easter Sunday. We are however racing Saturday. Would be a good time for you Western Shore guys to come on over, before beach traffic gets too bad Plus the oval is coming along, getting @ 20 tons delivered right now. Gotta go!!

Tomorrow we are starting our summer series for all classes. We then run every other Sunday. Both tracks are open today for practice or just to play around. Thats right, BOTH THE OFF-ROAD AND DIRT TRI-OVAL ARE DONE. Time for you western Shore guys to come on over :-)

In the photo below you can see the off-road track in the background. You can also see part of the small pond where I plan on running boats at some point. So we have it all here, plenty of space to fly, flat dirt oval, off-road and even a small pond!!

The Summer Series never really got going. Attendance dropped off and some guys moved over to my oval and running 1/5 scale buggies. It is starting to pick back up on both tracks. I'm working on the surface of the oval to get out all the stones and smooth out the bumps. Make for better drifting :-)

I believe they did shut down, but there are now two RC Tracks on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Oak Grove R/C Raceway in Denton MD and Bayshore R/C Raceway in Rock Hall MD. Visit http://www.msorr.org for more details. Lots of RC racing coming up in August at both locations!!!
