Shawn, could you bring along with you, the track design you have in mind? + what tools I should bring with me.
Thanks
Eric
Weather May Affect us this weekend.

I will be out there early in the morning and hopefully getting the lumber moved.

Honestly, won't know till we take inventory of lumber, but I think little, if anymore will be needed & if we also utilize existing stand there now, just add on. Help will be the biggest need & I'm sure that won't be a problem.

I was also thinking that the nitro pit might only be at 16' ? If more would be needed, then we can just add another 4-8' section ? Sounds like ALOT are goin' Plug-n-play + save on lumber.

BTW: I have all the spikes from tubing.

I have to work both Sat. & Sun. YUCK!!!!! But off Wed-Fri next week YAY!!!!
Maybe we can get together if weather holds up?

New layout works for me Just keep building up each year. See how everything goes this season (baby steps). Other designs were great, but kinda scared me on construction-maintenance of. We'll hopefully get there, but for now any course this close & fun day of rcing is a win in my book. I hope that idea for S turn we had Shawn can happen. Don't think I've seen that before

As of now, I work this Sat. & I'm off next Sat. & work Sun. 2-11pm. Jim, we could get together either day if ya like. Earlier Sunday of course. I might try to run out today (Fri) to get some measurements on nitro pit/walking base, approx. 5-6' ?
2' for pit ramp & 3-4' walking/standing platform (all widths) Need to keep track widths 10-12', see how that hill plays into those measurements. I'll get with you then on our thoughts for the stand design. Oh, if enough lumber left over, a small roof/shade structure could possibly be built!!! Shawn would also like a small structure built to place computer.

Take Care & everyone have a nice Easter !
Eric
