Ok. I guess it should be easy for you this weekend after watching that video hack fest at T&L I was watching on YouTube. That was brutal.

I was running a borrowed Ofna 4wd that day. Completely wrong tires for that whole carpet deal. And ya, the 2wd main I think 2 cars finished.

It's just a fun deal at Trains and beating and banging is part of it. Heck, use reverse if ya got it!

I won't be out to run at Bumps again until after Motorama. We'll have some fun then.

Its great for the T&L guys to do something with the upstairs area. It looked like fun. Yeah love that reverse!!!!!!!!!

Brutal running when you have the wrong tires on.

Wow two cars finishing.

Default reply to stock SCT

I am new to RC and when i found out it was pretty hard for a new racer to handle a gas truggy on the track, i stepped down to the Stock 2x4 SCT class. I had fun. Then I noticed people making changes that where not part of the kit. metal spur gears, metal hubs, servos, motors. I was like... WTF!! this is not stock. I recently sold my perfectly fine 2x4 slash to get a new Losi 2x4 SCT RTR. Cause I cant make it keep up, and the Losi kit seems to be better. It has Aluminum shocks, nice bow tie looking treads in a soft compound, 12T brushed motor, and more adjustments for the suspension. Now is this still legal? It was $219.00 RTR SCT 2x4 kit.

My opinion of the Stock 2x4 SCT rules:

1: Must be a brushed 2x4 RTR SCT kit with no aftermarket upgrades.
2: No modification of the a arms, or chassis or any other part of the vehicle. Except, battery and motor connectors.
3: Tires: can only run tires that come stock on a RTR 2x4 SCT kit from any manufacturer. This will even the playing field.
4: 2S 5000 50c max battery. No bigger not even during time trials.

Unless the rules have changed at Bumps, you must run the tires that come stock on your truck. Lucky you bought the Losi.
