The track is an off-road electric only track. I have not been there yet, but I know many people who have. Should be almost ready for Friday night racing.

Sherman's right. It's a nice little place. A bunch of us go there most Friday nights and practice. We're not racing yet but I don't think it'll be too long. The conditions are getting better to.

I won't be able to make it. I'm going to be pre-occupied. Family things. I think Patrick and Mark are going to be there though. Maybe I'll go Sunday morning to get a fix in. We'll see. I should be out there next week though.

I will be racing Friday night and at SoCal Saturday

Yaaaaa Baby!

Just talked to Family Hobbies and they do not know what time racing will start on Friday night. I will call back on Friday morning.

They will water the track, and said step pins, bow ties will hook up.

Also you will have to have AMB transponder to race. I did not ask them if they rented them. I have two.

It have been two years I have been waiting. I hope they have a novice class.

I will signup for stock. I am not sure if buggy or truck.

What is the most popular class? buggy or truck?

Actually there seems to be a lot of brushless trucks out there. That's what I'm running. I'm not sure what he's going to do as far as classes. If he'll run a mod class and let the BL guys run with them or if there'll be enough of us ro have our own class. If I can't run BL i can just throw a GT7 in and pick up a stock motor. But the BL is really a perfect speed for this track. It fits the track very well.

I am just not sure how many people will show and what to run.
I have both truck and buggy. I think I will run truck.

If you need a stock motor I can let you use one. I have an extra transponder but I will let Phil use it if he needs too. No I am not selling it.

If there is only a bl class all I can do is put a 19 turn in.

I do not know what gearing to us for truck or buggy. I plan on being there a few hours early to get my car hooked up.

What tires do you use? Truck and Buggy.

I've got a Personal from running my XXXS. I'll just throw it the truck. I've been running Losi Directional red fronts and Proline lug nut M3's in the rear. Gearing is very low. (I'm at 13.0 with my brushless.) There's not a lot of run up to some of the jumps so you need a lot of bottom end. If the track is groomed nicely, it's not that big of a deal but if the faces are not just right, you need grunt and rear traction to make some of the jumps fast.

How'd you do at SoCal last night?
