Default New Offroad Track in Sacramento?

Hey I heard from a buddy that Hobbytown usa in Rocklin is planning on building an offroad track that is pretty much open to whatever you want to run. Has anyone else heard about this? From what I understand they want to build a track that anyone with any offroad can run on. I would love it if this were the case. I run my SCT's down at capital city rc but I cannot run my erevo there and have not had time to drive anywhere that will let me run it.
