Tire choice
Heres some tires that worked good that ive tried there on buggys and trucks for anyone who's thinking of stopping down.
On buggys up front
Pink tapers
Red 3-rib losi pre-scrubbs(imo worked the best when the track was dry or wet)
Proline pro-line#8175 m3
and last but not least losi 7202's in red.
I tried all of those above and they all worked good depending on conditions. I had some jconcepts groovys but didnt try them yet.
Rear
Losi x2000's in red(once again seemed to work the best for me.wet or dry)
Losi x3000's in red
panther clay switches(worked about the same as the bk bars.
pink bk bars(worked pretty good after the track was watered.
On truck i only ran mc suburbs and they worked great in the front and back.
Although i wouldnt rule out a set of holeshots, tapers or the jconcepts line of tires. t. Even when the track is wet IMO the losi red compound seems to work better than pinks, atleast for me. Overall though the suburbs worked good. Ill report back after this week!
Its a good layout especially for 1/10th scale buggys/trucks.
As far as corr truck which is really big down there ill find out what the hot tire is and report back or im sure someone from there we'll chime in here.
