Vertigo raceway and Gulf coast Raceway (Mikes Hobby) are your 2 best shots for racing in Houston. I am not sure if either have club races this weekend. Check the forums on 2coolfishing.com

Dont know of any rc racing places in Houston.
I know Austin has a couple.
We will be in Houston this weekend also, but it will be the the Texas Supra Nationals at Lonestar Motorsports Raceway.

Mikes Hobby Shop in Porter is where most will be racing at this weekend. The HARC Club will be having their 3rd round of the year there. The tracks website is http://www.mikes-hobbyshop.com/ . The clubs website is http://www.houstonarearc.com/. Hope this helps

We are located about 30 miles south of Houston, between Alvin and Dickinson.
