This is the 2008 Badlands racing thread for the Badlands R/C track in Myrtle Beach, SC. If you are vacationing in the area, bring your r/c equipment and join us for some great off road racing. The Badlands is a great facility that offers a traction rich racing surface. Racing in the summer is in the late afternoons and finishes under the more than adequate lighting. I am heading down to Myrtle Beach the end of August and wanted to see if this track is still open. I was there 4 years ago on vacation and practiced every day. I will try to call Ed's Hobby and see if they have any info.
