Ha just found this! High Performance Hobby on South Virginia has a new indoor touring/oval track with Ozite. They run small scale also sometimes.

I passed thru Reno a week ago and stopped by High Performance Hobby. It is a very nice facility. Definitely worth a visit and it is easy to get to. Don’t bother going to the two biggest hobby shop ads in the yellow pages unless you are looking for train stuff.
